About UsThe library at Mountain View is a Makerspace where imagination leads to creation. This environment fosters student choice and hands-on exploration for all of our students. Classes have access to the Makerspace during their weekly scheduled library times and during designated lunch periods. The Makerspace provides options for our young innovators to choose from numerous activities including using the green screen, stop motion animation, making circuits, learning about robotics, designing cardboard creations, sewing, designing video games, building on the Lego wall, crafts and more. Students are continuously demonstrating the 4 C's (Communication, Collaboration,Critical Thinking. Creativity) while exploring their passions. Feel free to schedule a visit and watch our Makers in action.
